How do I adjust the time & date on my watch?

Two & Three Hand Styles

To set the time, simply pull out the crown to position B, turn clockwise until you reach your desired time and then push the crown back into position A.

Date Styles

If you have one of our models with a date feature, set the time by pulling out your crown to position C, turning clockwise and returning to position A. You can set the date whilst the crown is in position B.

Leather Straps

Our luxurious leathers are specially selected for their softness. You may find slight variations in your strap, which is a characteristic of a natural material. Please avoid your strap coming into contact with cosmetics, extreme temperatures & water.

How do I adjust my mesh bracelet?

To adjust the clasp for the best fit please follow these 3 simple steps…


Carefully lift the clasp plate using a suitable tool, please take care when doing this. Please don’t use the bar to gain leverage as this may damage your bracelet.

2. FIT

Lie the bracelet over your wrist and slide the clasp along to determine your perfect fit, note the position of the indent on the back of your bracelet.


The clasp into the indent position by pressing down firmly on a flat surface.  All done!

How do I adjust my bracelet?

Press the buttons on either side of the clasp & lift the bracelet to open the butterfly clasp.

Is my watch waterproof?

All Amanda Walker watches are produced to a standard of 3ATM, meaning your watch is suitable for everyday wear and can withstand accidental splashing, but is not suitable for bathing, showering or swimming. Always ensure your crown is fully pushed into the case.

How long should my battery last?

Your battery should last around 12 months. We offer a chargeable battery replacement service. Please contact our Customer Care team for further details – care@amandawalker.co.uk.

Does my Amanda Walker Watch have a guarantee?

It does, your watch is guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase. Your Amanda Walker watch has been produced using high quality materials using the latest technical methods. Each piece is carefully tested and goes through strict quality controls, we want you to be delighted with your watch. Your guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that our guarantee does not cover batteries, bracelets, straps or lenses. The guarantee excludes normal wear & tear and damage caused by misuse or neglect. Your watch must never be taken apart or repaired by anyone other than Amanda Walker service technicians.

Do you offer a repair service?

We do. Should you wish to return your watch for repair, service or battery replacement,  then please send it to:

When returning the watch, please ensure it is packed well to prevent any damage whilst in transit, do not return the watch in it’s gift box. Please include your name, contact details, a description of the fault & a copy of your receipt. We recommend sending your watch by tracked delivery. Before we start work on your watch we will contact you to confirm the cost of repair (if not covered by your guarantee) and an approximate schedule.
