Cancellation Period / Timeframe:

Our cancellation period allows for a full refund within 14 days of delivery of your item.

 

Method of Refund

Refunds will be sent to the same payment method used during purchase.

 

Damage / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Goods that are damaged in transit, defective upon receipt or are an incorrect item must be reported to us at the address above within the 14 days return period. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent should we confirm that damage was caused in transit or by ourselves.

Shipping & Packing Costs

Customers are liable for any and all shipping & packing costs associated with their order or with any returns. Shipping & packing costs are non-refundable.

 

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

Returns extending beyond our 14 day cancellation period will, regrettably, not be accepted.
